NSM Engineering AG (NSM) looks back on a very successful business development in the current year and has been able to acquire numerous new customers. To meet the significantly higher customer demand and customer needs even better, NSM is strengthening its executive board in a targeted manner.
Oliver Brack will join the NSM Group as Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for strategy development and process optimization. Previously, Oliver Brack was Head of DevOps & Partner at Zühlke Engineering AG, where he was responsible for proposal design and customer projects as well as internal competence building in operation, maintenance and further development of custom software. In addition, he opened and managed the Belgrade location as Managing Director for two years and was most recently responsible for the development in Porto.
As Chief Human Resource Officer, Arnoud A. Douw will take the lead on all personnel matters. Arnoud A. Douw is a founding partner of the consulting firm “i opener AG” who are experts in the areas of business and leadership development, transformation, and culture development. He has multinational executive leadership experience through various senior management positions globally as COO and Head HR in global companies such as Swiss Re, Jet Aviation and Julius Bär, he has been responsible for leadership and business development and has founded and set up new firms.
Arnoud A. Douw and Oliver Brack take up their positions on January 1 and February 1, 2022.
