CREATEQ AG, formerly NSM Enigeering AG, has been part of the Studer Family Office AG portfolio since 2020. CREATEQ is a Swiss software engineering company with headquarters in Pfäffikon and its own nearshore development centres in Switzerland, Serbia, Romania and Moldova and has over 300 employees based at 6 locations. Experienced and professional solution architects, engineers and project managers create daily added value with complex software solutions for high profile customers with specific requirements. CREATEQ implements, operates and maintains customised solutions and offers open source and commercial products and frameworks.

Seven Roses GmbH

Seven Roses GmbH is a real estate company with the purpose of managing and administering its real estate portfolio and has been part of the Studer Family Office AG portfolio since summer 2020.

Seven Roses GmbH is currently making various project preparations for the renovation and repositioning of an apartment building with nine units in Zollikon, ZH.

SFOT AG

SFOT AG was founded at the end of 2020 as a subsidiary of Studer Family Office AG in order to create a framework for the realization of real estate projects.

Three apartment buildings with 21 units are currently being built in Bütschwil, SG as part of the “Kirchgasse – mitten in Bütschwil” project.
